Set up in 1994 originally, the Ime brand has lasted the test of time, mainly due to the founder Ian McDonald who sadly passed in 2021 and is sorely missed. Ian was a man of the people and had a contact list to match his personality, but his memory marches on through Ime and we wouldn’t be here without him.
Based in Tollcross our home is a hub of activity where people visit each day with questions and leave with a smile and some positive feedback on their enquiry.
Our aim is to provide a service upstanding to what came before us and what comes after. We like to move with the times and at the same time keep the values and integrity that made us in the first place.
Business can be hard and we believe that if you try your best to do the best job then good things will come your way. That has led us to many lovely reviews and longstanding connections who always use us time and time again.
Ian’s son John McDonald now heads up the company and has done so for the last 10 years.
